I am convinced this shop breaks tings, then they can get you for huge repair bills a few days later. I have had my machine in at that place several times, when a repair shows up in days after the car was there. the repairs were non related to annihilation the intendance was brought in for ant they are very expensive. Air conditioning, car freezing after repaired with no comments on the inspection. This shop is not reputable, or at that place service techs are not smart

Very poor customer service. They reached out a week before Thanksgiving to let me know of a couple recalls they had done to my vehicle in the past that they wanted to re-check as they believe they may take been done incorrectly or non at all. The start date they had was the day earlier Thanksgiving (11/24). They fifty-fifty offered a free oil modify for the inconvenience, but the work had to be done prior to the terminate of the month (super tight fourth dimension frame). I was unable to make that work when I live 30+ miles away. At the stop of the first week of Dec (12/vii to be exact), I reached back out via text (the way they have been communicating with me so far, and on the same thread) inquiring about an appointment for the repairs.... No response... January 6 almost a month later, I am now having issues with my door latches that were part of one of the recalls they wanted to re-inspect. I decided to telephone call to get an appointment setup and was put on hold multiple times for over 10 min, I asked for a call up, they agreed. Over three hours laissez passer no phone call back. I call back in and ask to talk to the service manager to permit them know of my bug and that all I would like to do is become my vehicle stock-still, and for the troubles see if they would nonetheless honor the gratuitous oil change. The service director told me that the window for the re-inspection of the repairs expired at the end of terminal year and they would no longer be able to do that and I should wait until Ford re-submits a recall for the issue onetime in the near future (door not latching, and becoming un-latched at highway speeds). He also advised me that they would not be doing the oil modify as that time had passed. This seemed wrong on many levels and horrible customer service so I asked to talk to the GM equally this didn't seem right that I am having an issue with a repair they did, they previously wanted to look at and now they won't. The GM stated that I should accept came in before the cease of November to make this all easier for them, stated they for sure would not do any courtesy oil change and that it would be best if I went to another Ford Dealership to take the warranty piece of work inspected and done. HORRIBLE experience, I highly do not recommend... Go elsewhere.

Diesel truck repair. Bought certified diesel truck - Happy Customer

Our diesel truck broke downwards on the interstate and we were towed to Hawkins in Fairmont. We experienced slap-up customer care from Jerry Bulfer, Josh Walker to the mechanics who greatly enjoyed the mechanical puzzle of our truck. Jerry kept the states informed of the progress and problems of our truck while we waited for parts. The use of a loaner vehicle was a life saver-thanks once again! In retrospect we felt lucky to break down and be nearly Fairmont with our diesel truck. We certain appreciate the service and parts section customer service intendance we received. In add-on we purchased a certified diesel truck from Troy Sunken. Thanks Troy for your extra effort in dealing with our trade in and purchase of our used truck as we were from out of state! We again felt that we were well taken care of by Troy Sunken. Also thanks to Tabitha Blicknase and crew for the support of the paperwork getting through snail postal service in fine shape. We are enjoying our certified used diesel fuel truck profoundly! Job well done Hawkins Chevrolet in Fairmont Minnesota!
